EL MERO MERO TEJUINERO

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

- 1 oz. Mezcal El Mero Mero

- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce (Hunts)

- 1.5 oz. orange juice

- 0.3 oz. lemon juice

- 0.5 oz. agave honey

- 1 oz. dark beer

- 1 tablespoon lemon sorbet

 

Glassware: Collins Glass

 

PREPARATION:

 

- Place all ingredients in a cocktail glass (shaker), except the beer

- Shake vigorously with ice

- Serve in a Collins glass

- Add 1 oz. dark beer

- Add a generous tablespoon of lemon sorbet

- Decorate with orange

CRAZY VIOLET

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

- 1.5 oz. El Mero Mero

- 1.5 oz. guava flavor juice

- 0.5 oz. Violet syrup

- 0.3 oz. Lemon juice

- 1 medium basil leaf

 

Glassware: Old Fashioned

 

PREPARATION:

 

- Place all the ingredients in a cocktail glass

- Add ice

- Shake vigorously

- Serve over new ice in an old fashioned glass through a fine sieve

- Decorate with a large basil leaf

MEZCAL CHALADA

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

- 2 oz. El Mero Mero

- 3 slices of cucumber

- 1 oz. oil (Maggi sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce)

- 8 oz. Clamato

- Dark beer

 

Glassware: beer jar 1 lt

 

PREPARATION:

 

- Pour  2 oz. Of El Mero Mero, lemon juice, salt, oil and 3 slices of cucumber

- Macerate Ingredients

- Put Ice and the 8 oz. Clamato

- Pour the dark beer to the top and garnish with cucumbers

CIELITO DAY

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

- 2 oz. El Mero Mero

- 1 teaspoon sugar moscabado

- 3/3 pineapple

- 1 handful of mint

- Mango juice

- Pineapple as a garniture

 

Glassware: Collins Glass 10 oz.

 

PREPARATION:

 

- Pour 2 oz. Of El Mero Mero, sugar, pineapple thirds and a handful of mint

- Macerate and shake

- Straining the mixture, pour into a Collins glass with ice

- Add mando juice to the top and garnish with pineapples
